Here we have a rare vintage J.K.Lado & Co guitar made in Canada. Judging by the low serial number this has to be an early one so our estimate is late 1970's.
These guitars are legendary for their craftsmanship and quality. Joe Kovacic, the founder of Lado Guitars is a master at his craft and builds amazing high quality instruments. This particular guitar features neck through construction, what seem to be custom USA made DiMarzio Humbuckers with a toggle switch that splits the humbuckers to single coil and a Leo Quan Badass bridge.
The guitar also features the rare varitone rotary dial option for an even greater variety of sound and tone options. This is a very cool guitar for the vintage instrument lovers out there and a great piece of Canadian guitar making heritage!
The addition CDN indicates it`s a Canadian made JK Lado.
