Refund policy
If an item has manufacturing flaws causing it to be unusable, contact us within 7 days. We need the item shipped back pre-paid by you in original condition and all original packing materials.
Upon return we will determine if a refund is in order or if we can return the item or a replacement to you after adjustments.
If you'd like to return for any other reason, customer pays the return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Some items may not be returnable -- this includes used, consignment and items containing serial number containing software products. Please contact us for details!
All original packing materials must be included and the item must be in "as received" condition.
