    Most iPhone repairs take about 3 hours. Some repairs need parts ordered from Apple, so not every repair can be done the same day.

To perform a repair on your Apple device, we need you to turn off Find My (Find My iPhone / iPad) before you bring it in.

Do I need an appointment?

No. Walk in during Apple Department hours, no appointment needed: Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 5pm, at 869 Chemong Road, Unit 21, Peterborough.

How long does a repair take?

Most iPhone repairs take about 3 hours. For same-day, drop off by 1 PM. Some repairs need parts ordered from Apple, so not every repair can be done the same day; we'll let you know.

Do you fix screens?

Yes. We do screen repairs for iPhone and MacBook.

How much will my repair cost?

Yes. We do macOS, iOS and iPadOS updates and clean re-installs, and malware scans and removal for Mac.

Can you recover my data?

Yes, we have experience with data recovery for iPhone and computers. For computer data recovery, an external drive is required.
