I had an excellent experience with Maars Music. Markus went above and beyond to help me update the firmware on my DJ mixer. I had spent quite a while trying to figure it out but the instruction's weren't much help. Markus knew exactly what to do and had it sorted out quickly.
It’s refreshing to deal with someone who has that level of knowledge and is willing to take the time to help. The customer service was outstanding and it’s clear they genuinely care about their customers.

I recently purchased a guitar from Maar's Music and I can honestly say it was one of the best customer experiences I've ever had.

bought an amplifier recently, I'm located in Vancouver area. Seamless purchase via website. Edwin contacted me immediately to advise that it wasn't available due to a stock error, but offered me a reasonable option or to wait for new stock. I chose to wait, but had the amp in my hands within 2 weeks along with 2 sets of complimentary guitar strings. Edwin's customer service and communication were outstanding. He took ownership and kept me informed throughout. Highly recommend this business!
I have taken two devices into Maar's music to be serviced by there certified Apple Technicians and both times they have done an amazing job. One was a warranty repair and the other was an out of warranty battery replacement. Super impressed with their speed and service. Will definitely be back. Very convenient to not have to drive all the way to an Apple Store.

Maar's Music had a great deal on an instrument I couldn't pass up. The sale was quick and easy and the communication was stellar! Perfect. I was a little worried shipping an acoustic guitar across the country but the guys at Maar's took the initiative to swap out the standard box for a Martin box as they thought it would handle the trip better.
