This 5th Avenue Jumbo HB Memphis Sun is a Slight Flaw unit from Godin. This particular guitar has a slight flaw on the back — a small cosmetic mark that doesn't affect playability. Come see it in person at the shop.

The Godin 5th Avenue Jumbo HB Memphis Sun is one of Godin's next-generation archtops. It's based on the classic 5th Avenue but has a deeper 'Jumbo' body, which gives it a classic vintage tone with a sweet, mellow roundness. Whether you play jazz, alt-country, delta blues, rock or anything in between, it's a dream to play thanks to its Canadian craftsmanship.

The Jumbo body has plenty of projection. It has a Canadian Wild Cherry archtop top, back and sides with a retro-inspired custom polished finish. It also has a rosewood fingerboard, a Silver Leaf Maple neck, a Graphtech adjustable Tusq bridge base with a roller-saddle T.O.M. and trapeze tailpiece, and a custom-engraved headstock plate. The 24.84" scale neck feels exceptionally comfortable.

It's built with the performer in mind. A Custom Godin humbucker in the neck and a Seymour Duncan '59 in the bridge give you a wide range of tones, and the volume, tone and 3-way switch are right at your fingertips. From studio to stage, it's a tone-drenched guitar you won't want to put down. Made in Canada.
