The MXR Joshua Ambient Echo brings iconic soundscapes—from tonal trips out of the ’60s and ’70s to the ethereal ambience of the ’80s—into a modern stompbox, with a highly customizable delay that comes dialed in and ready to go.

Controls

• Delay: adjusts tempo of echoes
• Regen: sets number of echoes
• Division: selects ¼, dotted ⅛, ⅛, ⅛ triplet, double ⅛ and dotted ⅛ subdivisions
• Mix: overall volume of effect signal
• Mod: intensity of modulation
• Voice: mix of -1, +1 and +2 octave signal blend
• Echo 2 button: adds secondary echoes at ¼ note tempo
• Trails button: lets echoes fade out after the effect is disengaged
• Footswitch: on/bypass and tap tempo
• CTR jack: expression pedal or tap switch
• Stereo output mode via TRS splitter cable

Power

Requires 9 volts (300 mA); can be powered by the Dunlop ECB003 9-volt adapter or MXR Iso-Brick Pro, Iso-Brick and Mini Iso-Brick power supplies. Cannot be powered by a battery.
